CORRIGENDUM

Regarding Admission to BBA & BCA against Non-Convertible Additional Seats
(Over & Above Sanctioned Intake)

As per the earlier directions of Panjab University, Chandigarh, admissions to BBA & BCA against Non-Convertible Additional Seats (Over & Above Sanctioned Intake) were kept on hold on 15-07-2026 due to administrative reasons.

Now, in pursuance of the latest instructions issued by Panjab University, Chandigarh vide Letter No. 5315-5522 dated 16-07-2026 (Afternoon), the colleges offering self-financing courses (BBA & BCA) are permitted to fill the Non-Convertible Additional Seats (Over & Above Sanctioned Intake).

Now the admission will be done as per the following guidelines:
  1. Admissions to these additional seats shall be conducted on 17-07-2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
  2. Students allotted admission shall deposit the prescribed fee within 24 hours of seat allotment.
  3. The last date for submitting willingness to participate in the Second Counselling has been extended up to 18-07-2026 (5:00 PM).
  4. The college already allotted to the student and the respective merit position, as displayed on the DHE Admission Portal, shall remain unchanged.
  5. Admission shall be provisional and subject to the verification of all relevant certificates and other requisite documents of the student.
All Principals / Admission Conveners are requested to ensure strict compliance with the above guidelines and complete the admission process within the stipulated schedule.
